They govern your access to and use of ExpertQuote.com and the information, materials, features, and services made available through the website (collectively, the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

3. No Coverage Bound Through the Website

Nothing on the Website, including a form submission, email, illustration, benefit description, or other communication, constitutes an insurance application, quote, binder, policy, endorsement, certificate, or confirmation of coverage. Insurance coverage cannot be bound, issued, changed, renewed, or cancelled through the Website unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized ExpertQuote representative or the applicable carrier.

All coverage is subject to eligibility, underwriting, carrier approval, policy terms, exclusions, limitations, and applicable law. If Website content conflicts with an insurance policy, plan document, certificate, carrier contract, or other governing document, the governing document controls.

4. Permitted Use

ExpertQuote grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

• Use the Website in violation of law or the rights of another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems.
• Interfere with the Website’s operation, security, or availability.

Do not submit medical information, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, or other sensitive personal information through a general Website form. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ExpertQuote disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment. 10. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute may be brought in court, you and ExpertQuote consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Miscellaneous

If a court finds any provision of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; ExpertQuote may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of its business. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Website and supersede prior website-use terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
